Holiday Home Features

  • 2 Bedroomed Debonair Riverside views.
  • Our much loved home from home is on a very quiet peaceful farm site with around 40 caravans but NO club or bar - in fact no facilities at all apart from stunning rural tranquility in every direction, masses of walks on the doorstep including the Pennine way and Teesdale way long distance walks a stones throw away.
Despite being over 10 years old its well looked after and very comfortable. Would best suit a couple with or without one child or a relative as there is a comfortable double bed in one room and a full size single in the other also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge could make it suitable for one or two extra people.
Please note there is NO tv reception or mobile phone coverage in the caravan although there is a modern flat screen tv set with a dvd player and a small dvd library, and a radio and cd player. However the wall to wall view of the river and wildlife means you always have something to look at, and theres a good selection of books too.
The view from the caravan is its main attraction full frontage of the river Lune flowing past the window with woodland behind, a busy bird table, the occasional deer passing by and you can even fish from right outside you own front door.
Its for our own personal and family use. never been rented out but we\'d love to do a weekend exchange with another careful couple with a similar caravan.
